Jr World Team members, Lindsay Pian and
Robyn Repp visited the Mesa Targeteers on Saturday Sept. 18,
2004 to thank them for their support of the 2004 US Jr World Team.
Joining them were Arizona JOAD Chris Panawa, NAA Western Region
JOAD coordinator, Ted Harden and AZJOAD coordinator, Bob
Pian. Lindsay, Robyn and Chris all started with and received
valuable training from Mickey and Paula. The Mesa Targeteers "donated"
to the team by taking part in the 2004 Mail-in Shoot. 100% of
the mail-in shoot proceeds help fund the US Jr. Team

The veteran JOADs explained how their advanced
equipment worked and demonstrated shooting technique and answered
questions. A slide show of the Jr World Championship in Lilleshall,
England was also available for viewing. The Mesa Targeteers were
particularly impressed by the three world records set by Robyn.
The Papago FITA Archers as well as the
Precision Shooters JOAD at PSE also supported and donated to the 2004
US Jr World Team.

AZJOAD took the opportunity to kick off the
Arizona JOAD Club team competition at the 2005 World Archery Festival,
