Tournament INFO

Who:  NAA members seeking US World Indoor Team Qualifying scores as well as those that seek general tournament experience.

 

What:  FITA I, 600 Round  (Don't forget your NAA size arrows)

 

Where:  Straight N Arrow Archery, 1329 N 29th Ave., Phoenix, AZ

 

When:  Sunday, January 2, 2005, 9:30 AM Check-in.

 

How:  Archers will shoot one 18 meter 600 round using NAA / FITA indoor rules.

 

How much:     NAA members: $10

                       Non NAA members:  $15

Registration:  To sign up, email azjoad@cox.net with the following information

  • Archer's Name:

  • NAA membership expiration date:

  • NAA membership division:

  • 600 round target face: (select one) 40cm 10 ring or 40cm vertical 3 spot or 40 cm triangular 3 spot

  • Space is limited, sign up early!  Archers (or parents) will need to sign a waiver at the range.

Schedule:  (Times subject to change)

  • ( 9:30 AM)  Check-in and equipment inspection: 45 minutes

  • (10:15 AM)  Official practice: 45 minutes

  • (11:00 AM)  Announcements: 15 minutes

  • (11:15 AM)  Scoring first 300 round: approx. 90 minutes

  • Short break: 15 minutes (bring a sack lunch)

  • Scoring second 300 round: approx. 90 minutes

  • Depart

Background:

  • Two minimum 600 round qualifying scores are required to be eligible for US World Team funding.

  • More information is available on www.usarchery.org

  • The Simply 600 Tournament is registered with the NAA.

  • For NAA members, scores are eligible for qualifying score.

  • (Fee includes $6 per 600 round range fee, target face, official and NAA tournament sanctioning fee, no awards)
