Preparations for the 2006 Arizona Duel in the Desert Trials at Ben Avery are “Dragging”

 

Mel Nichols took advantage of a thunderstorm free Sunday morning to bring his quads out to groom the FITA range and parking lot.

• With two “drags” behind two quads, the ground was cleared of weeds before they could get out of hand.

• The previous week's thundershowers gave the ground cover just enough moisture to keep the dust down.

• Bob Pian and Janice Price assisted.

 

The next big tourney at BASF will be the 2006 AZ Duel in the Desert Trials on October 7 and 8 and will select the team that will compete against California in November in Arizona.
